The reservation cannot be cancelled. 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged to the card given as a guarantee. Payment is made when booking the offer on site at the hotel or by debit of the credit card remotely, the modification of the reservation is possible subject to availability only in the dates of stay of the offer, from March 25, 2024 to June 30, 2024.
Pre-authorization on credit card requested, with validity date and cryptogram, or deposit of 300 € in cash. If, during his stay, the customer’s consumption exceeds this amount he will be asked to pay his extras as needed by the front desk.
The deposit will be given back to the client 48 hours after departure, subject to payment of the balance of his invoice
and after checking the occupied room.
