The reservation cannot be cancelled. 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged to the card given as a guarantee. Payment is made when booking the offer on site at the hotel or by debit of the credit card remotely, the modification of the reservation is possible subject to availability only in the dates of stay of the offer, from March 23rd, 2024 to July 11th, 2025.

Pre-authorization on credit card requested, with validity date and cryptogram, or deposit of 300 € in cash. If, during his stay, the customer’s consumption exceeds this amount he will be asked to pay his extras as needed by the front desk.
The deposit will be given back to the client 48 hours after departure, subject to payment of the balance of his invoice
and after checking the occupied room.

Tropical Break Offer

Take care of yoursel while our pool and some of our rooms are getting a makeover!

Enjoy your complimentary breakfast xhen you book between May 11 and September 30 for stays between the same dates. Direct booking only.

Offer conditions: the reservation can be changed or cancelled without charge up to 72 hours before the arrival date. Once this deadline has passed, cancellation or no-show fees will be charged to the card given as guarantee up to 30% of the total amount of the reservation. From the schedule date of arrival, the payment of the entire stay is required. the payment is made on site upon arrival and no refund will be granted in the case of a modification of the initial booking.

Réservation sans frais – Carte professionnelle de santé à communiquer au moment de la réservation. Annulation ou modification sans frais jusqu'à 2 jours avant la date d'arrivée. En cas d'annulation à moins de 2 Jours, frais de 30 % du total de la réservation. En cas d'annulation le jour même ou en situation de no show: 100 % de la réservation seront facturés.

En cas de test RT-PCR du COVID 19 positif et sur envoi du résultat du test a resa@hotel-lapagerie.com au plus tard le jour prévu d'arrivée, possibilité d'annulation sans frais.

La réservation ne peut être annulée. 100% du montant total de la réservation seront débités de la carte donnée en garantie. Le règlement s'effectue lors de la réservation de l'offre sur place à l'hôtel ou par débit de la carte de crédit lors de la réservation sur le site ou par lien de paiement, la modification de la réservation est possible sous réserve de disponibilité uniquement dans les dates de séjour de l'offre, du 9 Juin 2025 au 30 Septembre 2025.

Pré autorisation sur carte bancaire demandée avec date de validité et cryptogramme ou Caution de 300 € en espèces. Si, durant son séjour, les consommations du client dépassent cette somme il sera invité à régler ses extras au fur et à mesure par la réception de l’hôtel.
La caution sera remise au client 48h après le départ du client, sous réserve du paiement du solde de sa facture et après vérification de la chambre occupée.
