Summary of our terms and conditions

A reservation can be changed or cancelled free of charge up to 72 hours before the arrival date. After this deadline the cancellation fee will be charged to the card given as a guarantee, up to 100% of the total amount of the reservation. From the date of arrival, 100% of the total amount will be required as fees for cancellation and no-show.

Payment is made on site upon arrival, and no refund will be allowed in case of change of the original booking.

Guarantee: Pre-authorization on credit card requested, with validity date and cryptogram, or deposit of 300 € in cash. If, during his stay, the customer’s consumption exceeds this amount he will be asked to pay his extras as needed by the front desk.
The deposit will be given back to the client 48 hours after departure, subject to payment of the balance of his invoice
and after checking the occupied room.

Payment methods accepted: Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Cash (maximum of 1000 € per stay), Holiday Vouchers and Kadéos Tickets.

Any payment by transfer must reach us no later than 6 days before the date of arrival of the customer. By confirming the booking, you accept our general terms and conditions of sale.
