During the reconfinement period, our restaurant Le Pitaya is unfortunately not able to welcome you in the usual conditions.
However, the service is provided by take-out for your breakfast, lunch and dinner, consult our menus and place your order.

You can pick up your orders from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. for breakfast, from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. for lunches and from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. for dinners.
A drink service is also available to take away.
We look forward to seeing you back at our table very soon.


To start the day well

Every morning from 6:30 am to 10am, our restaurant Le Pitaya offers you a full continental breakfast: pastries, fresh exotic fruits, cereals, various breads, yoghurts, eggs, jams, hot and cold drinks ...

Also discover our Creole buffet every Wednesday and Sunday with a delicious selection of sweet and savory local dishes for a morning immersed in the Caribbean culture.
An express breakfast is also available on request from 5:30 am.

By reserving your breakfasts before arrival, take advantage of a special rate of 16€ instead of 20€ on site.

Open every day from 7pm to 10pm.

The restaurant Le Pitaya welcomes both hotel residents and outside guests in a setting that is entirely open to the garden and the swimming pool. Modern and tropical, the place lends itself to a pleasant dinning experience. 

The semi-gastronomic cuisine, with its sweet flavors of Creole inspiration from our Executive Chef, is an invitation to travel. An original international cuisine that will surely awaken your senses. 

Our maître d'hôtel and his team will have the pleasure to present you with the carefully selected wine list. They will be at your disposal to advise you.

Every Saturday, the Pitaya offers a concert performed by local artists!

Half board includes breakfast and dinner at the semi-gastronomic Restaurant Le Pitaya with a 3-course menu. (excluding drinks).

Vladimir François Mahikoouva

After having worked in renowned Parisian establishments: Executive Chef Vladimir François-Maïkoouva returned to his roots in Martinique where he was born!

The best restaurants opened their doors to him: the Cap Est, the French Coco and today Le Pitaya, restaurant of La Pagerie **** - Hotel & Restaurant, where he proposes a resolutely modern and refined cuisine. 

His techniques known exclusively to the best, allied with his knowledge of the flavors and perfumes of the island make him one of the chefs who cannot be ignored and a rising asset to Martinique.

La Pagerie makes it a point of honor to promote local and seasonal products, processed on site. It is for this reason that we have been rewarded with the label of Master Restaurateur, and a “Toque” au Gault & Millau.

Hidden behind our swimming pool, our establishment also houses a vegetable garden where our cooks and barmen stock up on mint for your mojitos, vanilla for your desserts or thyme to spice up your dishes!
